Apartments
The Park at Arlington Ridge features spacious, light-filled one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in a beautifully landscaped, garden-style community in Arlington, VA. Our apartment homes range from 593 to 1,280 sq ft and offer multiple interior finish styles, including newly renovated options with open-concept floor plans and in-unit washers and dryers throughout. Yes. Full-size in-unit washer and dryer sets are included in every apartment home at The Park at Arlington Ridge, making laundry day as easy and convenient as possible.
All of our apartment homes are cable- and high-speed internet-ready. Residents are responsible for setting up and managing their own cable and internet connections with available local providers. High-speed Wi-Fi is also provided in our clubhouse for resident use.
All of our kitchens feature a full appliance suite, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, disposal, and microwave, with either black or stainless-steel energy-efficient options, depending on the apartment home. Kitchens also feature ceramic tile flooring, with kitchen islands available in select apartments. We offer two finish styles at The Park at Arlington Ridge, Standard and Premium, so you can find the look and feel that suits your lifestyle and budget. The Standard finish features plush carpet or vinyl wood flooring options, Formica countertops and tile flooring in kitchens and bathrooms, designated enclosed kitchens with modern appliances, a gas range stove, and wood cabinets, and more.
The Premium finish includes all Standard features plus upgraded dark or light vinyl wood flooring throughout, quartz or granite countertops and tile flooring in the kitchen, modern cabinets, upgraded appliances, and more. You can take a look at both options on our Apartment Styles page here.

To tour or lease any of our apartment homes, you must have either a valid U.S., Mexican, or Canadian driver’s license or a valid, current passport. We will complete an ID verification in advance of your tour.

The Park at Arlington Ridge charges various fees associated with each unique lease. Refundable Fees
- Standard Security Deposit — $350 up to 2 months’ rent (based on credit approval), determined individually for each applicant.
We have garage parking spaces available for residents at The Park at Arlington Ridge, subject to availability. Unassigned Surface Parking Spaces are available for $25/month, and Reserved Garage Parking Spaces are available for $75/month. Guest parking is also available in the garage for $10/night.

Management & Customer Service

The Dweck Customer Service Pledge guarantees that if we haven’t met your expectations within the first 30 days of your lease start, simply provide a 30-day written notice to either 1) transfer to another residence within our community, 2) transfer to another Dweck community, or 3) break your lease — no questions asked and no additional fees.
The Park at Arlington Ridge has an on-site maintenance team with 24-hour emergency maintenance support. Residents can submit non-emergency maintenance requests through the resident portal/mobile app, or can call our dedicated resident phone number for emergency maintenance needs.
The Dweck Properties Customer Service Pledge guarantees that during weekdays, any non-emergency maintenance requests, questions, or concerns submitted will receive a personal response within two business days. If we cannot complete the non-emergency maintenance request within two business days, you will be notified of the status and when to expect resolution.

Yes! One of the most distinctive features of our community is our furnished two-bedroom guest suite, available for residents to reserve when family or friends visit. Pets
Your pets are welcome at The Park at Arlington Ridge, but we do have restrictions that may apply. Each apartment home allows up to two pets. Cats and dogs each require a $500 one-time fee and $60 monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions may apply, so please review our full Pet Policy here.
Neighborhood
Our community is nestled in a peaceful, tree-lined corner of Arlington, Virginia, called Arlington Ridge, conveniently positioned at the edge of several of the region’s most vibrant neighborhoods, including Aurora Highlands, Alandria, National Landing (Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard), Shirlington, and Potomac Yard — all just minutes away by car or public transit. We sit off I-395 at Glebe Road, making Washington, D.C., and the broader region quickly and easily accessible.
Our community is conveniently close to everyday conveniences, though our garden-style, residential setting means having a car or bike is often useful for some errands. Giant Foods is a 10 minute (.5 mile) walk, and our community backs onto both Oakridge Elementary School and Gunston Middle School (and park). We are within a short drive of grocery stores, dining, and shopping, and within walking distance of trails and green spaces along Four Mile Run and Long Branch Creek.
The Village at Shirlington, Arlington’s Arts and Entertainment District, is just a 5 minute drive from our community and features a European-style promenade with more than 20 restaurants, a Harris Teeter grocery store, boutique shops, Signature Theatre, and a 24-hour pharmacy. Nearby Pentagon Row, Potomac Yard, Crystal Drive, and the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City Mall offer additional retail, dining, and everyday conveniences, all within a 5–10 minute drive.
Giant Foods is the closest and most convenient option, located just a half mile from The Park at Arlington Ridge. The Harris Teeter at the Village at Shirlington is open 24 hours a day for residents who need groceries at any time. Whole Foods Market and Costco in Pentagon City are also a short drive away for weekly shopping and bulk staples.
The Village at Shirlington is the area’s entertainment hub, home to the Tony Award-winning Signature Theatre, AMC Shirlington 7 for film lovers, and a lively strip of restaurants, bars, and outdoor dining. The beloved Busboys & Poets (part bookstore, part restaurant, part performance space) is also in Shirlington, just minutes from our front door. Closer to Potomac Yard, the legendary Birchmere Theater hosts a wide range of concerts and events. On Crystal Drive, you’ll find the Alamo Drafthouse and Cinema for an elevated movie-going experience.
Our community features a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center with cardio equipment and free weights right on-site, so staying active is easy without ever leaving. For additional variety, the Four Mile Run Trail, just minutes away, is a favorite for runners and cyclists and connects directly to the Mount Vernon Trail and the Washington & Old Dominion (W&OD) Trail for longer rides and runs. LA Fitness (Export Fitness Center) gym is a half mile away, making workouts year-round a breeze.
The Four Mile Run Trail is approximately a 10-minute walk from our community and is one of the most popular multi-use trails in the region. There is a paved, flat path running along Long Branch Creek from Falls Church all the way to the Potomac River near Reagan National Airport. Along the way, it connects to the W&OD Trail and the Mount Vernon Trail, opening up miles of scenic options for cyclists, joggers, and dog walkers alike.
Our community sits alongside Long Branch Creek, offering peaceful green space and natural scenery just steps from home. Shirlington Park, an 11.5-acre park along the Four Mile Run Trail is a short distance away, as is the Shirlington Dog Park, a popular off-leash destination. We also have our own on-site dog park for residents’ everyday convenience.
Many of our residents take advantage of Arlington’s public bus system, which connects directly to the local Metro stations like Pentagon City and Crystal City on the Blue and Yellow lines. From Pentagon City, you can reach downtown Washington, D.C. in under 30 minutes and The Pentagon in about 10. Our area is well-served by Arlington Transit (ART) bus routes.
The nearest Metro station is Pentagon City, served by the Blue and Yellow lines. The Crystal City Metro Station is also close by. From Pentagon City, downtown D.C. is under 30 minutes, and Reagan National Airport is just one stop away.
Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is approximately 2.9 miles from our community, about a 7-minute drive, or just one Metro stop from the Pentagon City station. For residents who travel frequently, this is an exceptional convenience and one of the most accessible airport locations in the entire D.C. metro area.
The Crystal City Virginia Railway Express (VRE) station is a short drive or bus ride from our community. The VRE is an excellent option for those who commute regionally beyond Metro routes, providing rail service from downtown Washington, D.C. to major Virginia suburbs along the I-66 and I-95 corridors. Military & Employer Discounts
Our Preferred Employer Program supports local public service and community-serving professionals. The program offers a 3% rent concession and a waived application fee for eligible applicants with the following professions:
- Firefighters
- Police
- Any school personnel (teachers, admin, custodial, etc.)
- EMS/EMT (Emergency Medical Services/Technicians)
In order to qualify for the discount:
- The professional must live and work in the same county/city as our community
- Applicants must provide proof of employment via a paystub or otherwise
- If another special discount is offered for the apartment home you’d like to rent, you can choose that special pricing or the 3% discount, but not both

The Park at Arlington Ridge is an active participant in the Military Rental Partnership Program (RPP), which means that we offer a 5% military discount to active-duty individuals who qualify through participating bases and defense organizations. The program may include waived security deposit, application, and credit check fees, subject to location- and organization-specific participation guidelines. Qualifying military situations (such as active duty, deployment, change of duty station, reservist or National Guard activation, voluntary enlistment, draft, or release from active duty) allow early lease termination consistent with SCRA protections, without lease termination fees or concession payback charges when documentation is provided. Foreign Service members and Diplomats can request additional lease-break accommodations through the leasing team.
